I’ve been there. It didn’t feel right to let my baby cry it out, so I tried everything else (that didn’t work) until I dove deeper into the science of sleep, attachment and instinct.
With my second child, I was a calmer, more empowered parent, and I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. I couldn’t believe those first few years could be so much easier!
That’s when I committed to learning even more with the Baby-Led Sleep and Wellness Certification. And I committed to sharing this holistic approach with every parent looking to build a long-term relationship with their child, while getting more rest and more joy.
